The estimated delivery time is mentioned for each product on the product display page - kindly enter your postcode / pin code to view the same, incase there is any delay we will inform you of the same.

Yes, it is always advisable to register as that helps you in easily tracking your orders.
To register, please enter your mobile number and a few other details as requested.
Email id and mobile numbers are mandatory fields as we will send you regular updates about your orders over the mail or inform you over the phone.
Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on “Add to Cart”.
The order process has 4 stages:
  • Register by creating your own My Arjun Kilachand account, using your mobile number and entering the one time password . You can use this for future orders, to review previous orders, and to save items to your wishlist.
  • Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method.
  • Complete the payment information.
  • Review your order and submit it.
No, our registration process is completely free.
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot password’ and you will be redirected to an email where you can reset your password.
Log on to our website and click on ‘My Account’ to change your personal details or shipping address.
Yes, shipping within India is free and you can follow the regular steps to place your order

If you are interested in buying a product that is out of stock on the website please mail or call us and we can notify you once the product is available for order again.
An order once placed cannot be canceled. Kindly contact our support team at info@arjunkilachand.com for queries concerning the same.
Yes, you can go to my account to change the shipping address or notify us over the mail for the same, however no address can be changed once the order has been dispatched
