Neck

Measure around your neck, around the adams apple following its natural curve. Leave one finger space.

Shoulder

Identify the bones at the top edge of each shoulder. Measure from bone to bone, over the natural curve of your back.

Biceps

Relax your arms at your sides. Wrap the tape measure around your bicep in line with your nipples. Leave one finger space.

Chest

Measure around your chest beneath your armpits, and in line with your nipples. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides. Don’t consider the measure from the center of your chest. Take the measure from above the nipple. Leave one finger space. For the back, measure below the natural bone curve. Ensure the tape is straight .

Stomach

Wrap the tape measure around your stomach in line with your belly button. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around.take the measurement from the center , right above the belly button. Leave one finger space.

Hips

Wrap the tape measure around your hips at the widest point of your bum. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Leave one finger space.

Armhole

Sleeve length

Start from the shoulder point. Look for the shoulder bone and then measure all the way down to the beginning of your thumb.

Front top length

Look ahead and keep your head straight. identify the shoulder bone. Ride your finger up to the highest point towards the neck. Find a point where your shoulder and neck meet and then measure down to the length aligned to the first thumb joint.

Wrist

Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, just below your wrist bone.

Cross back

Lower your hand and relax your shoulders. Find the point from the lowest part of the arm while as shown. Measure across the back to the other side and ensure the measure tape is straight.

Kurta length mid thigh

Look ahead and keep your head straight. identify the shoulder bone. Ride your finger up to the highest point towards the neck. Find a point where your shoulder and neck meet and then measure down to the length aligned to where the fingers end.

Kurta length knee

Waist

Locate your waist by placing four fingers beneath your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around your waistline just below your fourth finger. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Please note that your natural waistline may not match the waistline on the pants you're wearing. So you can even measure your waist from where you wish to wear your pants from.

Thigh

Wrap the tape measure around your thigh just below the crotch. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Leave one finger space.

Knee

Wrap the tape measure around your knee cap at the widest point. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Leave one finger space.

Calf

Wrap the tape measure around your calf at the widest point. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Leave one finger space.

Trouser length

Locate your waist by placing four fingers beneath your belly button and wrapping the tape measure level around your waistline just below your fourth finger. Mark a point at one side and remove the tape measure. Measure your leg from that point straight down to the floor.

Inseam

Find a point on your thigh that aligns to where your crotch ends. Measure the tape all the way down to the floor.

Crotch

Locate your waist by placing four fingers beneath your belly button and wrapping the tape measure level around your waistline just below your fourth finger. Mark the center front and drop the tape measure till where your crotch ends.

Stance
