Wrap the tape measure around your hips at the widest point of your bum. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Leave one finger space.

Look ahead and keep your head straight. identify the shoulder bone. Ride your finger up to the highest point towards the neck. Find a point where your shoulder and neck meet and then measure down to the length aligned to the first thumb joint.
Wrap the tape measure around your wrist, just below your wrist bone.
Lower your hand and relax your shoulders. Find the point from the lowest part of the arm while as shown. Measure across the back to the other side and ensure the measure tape is straight.
Look ahead and keep your head straight. identify the shoulder bone. Ride your finger up to the highest point towards the neck. Find a point where your shoulder and neck meet and then measure down to the length aligned to where the fingers end.
Locate your waist by placing four fingers beneath your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around your waistline just below your fourth finger. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Please note that your natural waistline may not match the waistline on the pants you're wearing. So you can even measure your waist from where you wish to wear your pants from.
Wrap the tape measure around your thigh just below the crotch. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Leave one finger space.
Wrap the tape measure around your knee cap at the widest point. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Leave one finger space.
Wrap the tape measure around your calf at the widest point. Ensure the tape measure is level all the way around. Leave one finger space.
